Each chair carries a foldable writing tablet that unfolds for note-taking and folds away to keep aisles clear, so a room can seat more participants without fitting a separate table at every seat.
Layout planning considers room shape, viewing angles and circulation. Row spacing is set so sightlines to the screen stay clear from the back of the room, and aisles are kept at the sides and rear so participants can reach their seats easily and instructors can move between rows during a session.
Courses built on group discussion, document review or laptop work benefit from training tables paired with the same chairs. Tables can face the instructor in a classroom layout, or be arranged into group clusters for face-to-face discussion, giving participants a full work surface for laptops, handouts and shared materials.
